Kia Ora / Hello!

I’m a Mum of three lovely wee boys.  The arrival of my third child Niall sparked me to look into being a home-based educator.  I have my Degree in Early Childhood and have taught in various early childhood settings for the last 17 years.

Being that much older now with this child, I decided I wanted to slow down and take a breath and really watch my baby grow in front of my own eyes, so I am lucky enough to take this opportunity to invite children into my home where they can be nurtured, learn and develop along with Niall.

My partner and I have a five-acre farmlet on Millton Park Road, Invercargill.  Here we learn through play and through participating in real life experiences indoors and out.  I have resources galore but am very passionate about natural materials, sustainability and recycling objects.

We take advantage of all the outings that Wild Things has on offer, so we can socialise, interact and learn to play alongside other children.

I am excited about this new avenue of teaching and look forward to embarking on this journey with your child.
