Management and Admin

Susan Phua is the director of Wild Things. She has a tertiary early childhood qualification, many years’ experience in the early childhood field, and is a parent. Her passion for early childhood education (ECE) is coupled with a determination to offer families the highest quality care for their children - and her vision drives Wild Things to deliver excellence in early childhood care and education. Susan and her team of visiting teachers, manages and supports the wide network of home-based educators that make up Wild Things.

Melanie is our administrator and she is responsible for the smooth operation and administration of all aspects of Wild Things. Melanie has many years of administration experience and is a Mum of two school age children.

Barbara brings many years of administration experience to her role including experience in banking, owning her own business and working as a volunteer administrator for various organisations. Barbara is the mother of 2, grandmother of 3 (soon to be 4) and enjoys playing golf and walking in spare time when she's not on grandma duty.
